- Enhanced Service Contract
- The Enhanced Service Contract provides managed services including monitoring of all servers and workstations on your network through our N-Able Technologies monitoring software. Through this monitoring we are able to proactively maintain the integrity of your network, preventing downtime and wasted man hours.
- Server Maintenance: Automatic, real time monitoring of servers for software problems or failures. On Demand Defrag and Scandisk Daily sweep for spyware/adware Daily backup of all documents and server settings. Nightly backup to an offsite location. Bi-Monthly Physical Cleanup. Updates of server software and service packs.
- Network maintenance: Monitoring of all network equipment; routers, switches, printers. Instant notification of device error or failure. Monitoring of network traffic for suspicious usage or bottlenecks.
- User Environment Control and Configuration: Unified desktop settings across the network. Machine independent user settings; user documents and settings are available at any machine on your network. Prevention of access to inappropriate web sites. Centralized changes to workstations settings; wallpaper, software installation across the network, program upgrades, virus protection, network access.
- Regular Workstation Monitoring and Maintenance: Automatic monitoring of workstations for software problems or failures. BiWeekly Defrag and Scandisk Weekly sweep for spyware/adware, Automatic updates of critical updates and other software. Machine level backups whenever major changes are initiated. Bi-Monthly Physical cleaning of machine. Fan replacement component testing. Removal of unauthorized software and hardware. Network wide install of new software.
