Our ability to help starts at day zero, ideally before a package is even chosen we will interview and vet potential vendors, saving you time as well as providing you with an impartial review of each offering. Once the project begins to move forward we ensure that the same level of attention paid to your company before they got your money is kept up. And frankly, when needed, we are able to distill the obfuscation and finger pointing that can arise and get things back on track. We have overseen the complete replacement of the software (point of sale, property management, accounting package) and complete replacement of workstations and servers for the largest hotel in the state of Oklahoma. Coordinating with 6 different vendors and being responsible for a project in excess of 4 hundred thousand dollars. We helped a Petroleum and Natural Gas Exploration company move to a paperless office, a new Accounting system. We also handled their reporting and operations systems changeover as well. This project total cost was approximately 1.2 million dollars. |

Pricing
We will meet you and your vendors. This allows us to not only determine our pricing structure but will give you the ability to determine the entire projected project costs, from soup to nuts. Many times vendors do not include the ancillary equipment or new requirements for you network or infrastructure. We ensure that you have all the pricing and timetable information you need to make an informed decision.
Our general pricing methodology is based on a per project basis. Giving you a fixed cost for our oversight and management.
