Co Founder of our company, Lawrence has been servicing the construction industry and professional businesses such as doctors and lawyers. His relentless work ethic and experience with day to day PC and network usage make him a valuable asset to any client.
Our other co-founder, currently acting as our Controller and CFO she keeps the machine fed with money and an occasional kick. The company operates so effectively because of her, allowing our technicians to focus on serving our clients.
Richard (Rick) L. Ehrheart
Rick has been with the company for over five years now and is our Operations Manager. Ensuring that things don't fall through the cracks and that everything gets covered. He also acts as our dispatcher, letting our technicians know where to go.
Systems Engineer Allen is becoming our go to guy for more complex network operations and workstation issues. Working in the IT industry for 8 years he has been a valuable asset to LMRoss and it's clients.
Expert in phone support after years in the industry Anthony has brought a pleasant breath of fresh air to our motley crew. His networking and workstation skills are getting stronger every day. We look forward to many more days ahead.

Ray is our newest team member, bringing years of experience in the telephony industry to LMRoss. Allowing us to broaden our service offerings and to help our clients even faster.
Mia Q. Bottoms
Our loyal intern. Mia is learning the fundamentals of PC and networks that can only be learned in a hands on shop. In whatever free time we give her, she works on developing her programming skills.
