Lifetime limited Warranty
All new computers and computer related peripherals are covered under a three year warranty. The terms of the warranty are described below.
The warranty covers all defects in equipment and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
What is covered:
Failure of hardware components. Should any hardware component become defective the component in question will be replaced at no charge to the customer. We will take the faulty component. There is no labor charge relating to diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Should it be necessary LMRoss, Inc. will restore the operating system and any programs that were installed at the time of delivery at no charge.
What is not covered:
LMRoss, Inc. in no way warranties the Operating System installed on the computer. Should it become unstable or unusable in a manner that does not relate to hardware failure regular hourly charges will apply.
LMRoss, Inc. does not guarantee the integrity of any data or programs on the computer regardless of the cause of the data corruption or loss. And is in no way to be held liable for any financial loss the customer may encounter.
LMRoss, Inc. does not cover the following equipment beyond the original manufacturer warranty.
Printers, Laptop/Notebooks, Hand Held computers, scanners and CCD Cameras. This list is subject to change without notice.
Grounds for voiding of warranty:
Your warranty will become void if the computer or computer peripherals are tampered with in any way or serviced by any one other than an authorized representative of LMRoss, Inc.
Failure to have proper surge protection at all times, on all components, will void your warranty.
Failure to maintain current Virus Protection Software will void your warranty.
Your warranty does not cover, and is voided by events termed “Acts of God” including, but not limited to fire, tornado, flood and lightning strike.
Your warranty is void if the machine is subjected to temperature below 32F and above 100F. Relative humidity is not to exceed 30 percent. Your warranty is void if an excessive amount of dust, dirt or any other particles are found inside the case.
Mistreatment or abuse of any components will void your warranty. This is defined as, but not limited to, transporting in an unsafe manner, kicking, enclosures without proper ventilation.
